Usually, it's the people that own Pit Bulls that demonize the breed. The dogs, they're mostly just victims of their Neanderthal owners. Want proof? Think back to the Michael Vick case. Pits bred for fighting. Pits tortured, beaten, even killed if they didn't perform. It was fight or die for those dogs. Not because they were bred to fight (although they were) but because that's what the people made them do.
